I have to disagree with this statement, as yesterday in Varajar Falls, I had 140 kills and was still rank1.

When you get an increase in rank, and when you get rampages and boss bonuses appears to be random to me.

I clear areas with my guildie every day, and I've been stuck at rank one while he has rank two often enough that it's a huge annoyance.

Also, the same guildie and I found out that one person can stand anywhere in the map afk, while the other kills foes, and still get the rep points and bonus' (bonus' I only saw when the party was in my radar, and I was afk when they weren't)
